photoWell done to Sophie, Charlie and Tilly this week!

Sophie and Charlie have been awarded a golden certificate because of their excellent attitude to work! They have worked their socks off with super partition and science experiment work! They have both written about a planet, remembering facts they have found on the learn-pads! Well done! Keep it up Sophie and Charlie!

Tilly has taken Lottie home for the half term holidays. Tilly has had a super term, always trying her best and working very hard. Tilly is always helpful, caring and she loves to tell us exciting stories! Tilly has created excellent constellation art and has had an wonderful understanding about the phases of the moon! She can remember super facts about planets and has written an informative book about two different planets. Well done Tilly- keep it up! Have a lovely week!

Class Five’s Superstars of the Week- 24th January 2014

Class Five’s Superstars of the week are Myles, Harry and Ellie. Well done!

Myles and Harry have been awarded golden certificates for being constellation superstars! They can remember lots of interesting facts about constellations! They have both created wonderful art work based on different constellations and always work very hard in Class Five. Well done, keep it up!

Ellie has taken Lottie home for the weekend! Ellie is always well behaved and works hard in whatever we do! She can remember lots of exciting facts about constellations and has started to write a wonderful story about her alien. Ellie is a brilliant friend, who lets everyone join in her games at playtime and always makes wise choices. She is always kind, helpful and loves to giggle!

Sid, Harry and Olivia are Class Five’s Superstars of the Week!

Harry has tried very hard in his Literacy and thought of some super adjectives to describe the characters in the story of Rama and Sita. His writing was incredible, Miss Latcham loved it! Well done Harry! Harry is also a super reader and always works hard in the classroom. I loved his clay pottery! Keep it up Harry!

Olivia has been awarded a golden certificate because she is always so polite and tries her best! She has worked so hard in Literacy. Olivia remembered the key points from the story of Rama and Sita and she told the story using lots and lots of description! Miss Latcham was very, very impressed!!! Well done, what a superstar!

Sid took Lottie home for the weekend. Sid has had an excellent week! He is a very good friend on the playground and does not leave other children out. Sid is caring and shares with other children. He is very good at tidying up and always tucks his chair in. Miss Latcham was really impressed with your beautiful neat handwriting that you are working so hard on! You really understood the story of Rama and Sita and you tried so hard with your independent writing! Well done Sid, keep it up!

Charlie, Lola-Mae and Alfie H are all Class Five’s Superstars of the week!

Lola-Mae was awarded a golden certficate for always being polite and trying her best in Literacy. Miss Latcham has been very impressed! Keep working hard Lola-Mae! You are doing so well in your reading and phonics as well!

Alfie H is a star because he always work so hard in phonics! Miss Latcham has been very impressed with your hard working attitude! Well done Alfie, keep it up!

Charlie has taken Lottie home for the weekend! Well done Charlie! He is kind and helpful! Charlie has good manners and is smiley and cheerful. He is always very well behaved and sits smartly on the carpet. Charlie always makes other children laugh and smile and never lets people down. He has a great sense of humour and loves to giggle!

Alfie, Sophie and Maddox are Class Five’s Superstars of the Week.

Alfie has made a wonderful guitar for the brazilian carnival! He worked very hard on his musical instrument and had an excellent design. Alfie always works hard, writes thoughtfully and is a very good friend to the children in Class Five. Well done Alfie, keep it up!

Sophie made a wonderful musical instrument for the carnival. She always tries her best and makes lovely art work to show us in class! Sophie looks after her friends and thinks about other children. She has written a story all about Katie Morag and the Grand Carnival using capital letters and full stops. Can’t wait to see your guitar at the carnival, it is fantastic!

Maddox has taken Lottie home for the weekend. Maddox always works hard and tries his best! He is very good at being a fruit monitor and is very organised… Maddox never lets people down and has lovely manners. He is very helpful and is always happy! He is working so hard at his phonics work and this has really improved. Well done Maddox, keep it up!

Olivia-Rose, Myles and Kelsey are Class Five’s Superstars of the week.

Olivia-Rose has had a wonderul week! She is always there for other children in Class Five and has lovely manners. Olivia-Rose created a decorative pebble design- I loved it! She is excellent at writing Katie Morag adventures and letters. Well done Olivia- Rose!

Myles has worked very hard in all our lessons! He has produced very thoughful Katie Morag work and his handwriting has really improved! Myles has had a great try at blogging from home and we have loved reading your comments! Keep up the good work Myles!

Kelsey has taken Lottie home for the weekend! Kelsey always works very hard and tries her best. She is a good friend and is always kind and friendly. Kelsey sits on the carpet smartly and listens carefully everyday. Well done Kelsey- keep up the hard work!
